- Sinaptica Therapeutics (Cambridge, Massachusetts): This team has completed two Phase 2 trials for their noninvasive treatment aimed at Alzheimer’s.
- VQ Biomedical (Apex, N.C.): Focused on respiratory failure, their minimally invasive catheter diffuses oxygen into the bloodstream.
- Wavelet (New Haven, Connecticut): Innovating fetal care with a noninvasive EEG system that detects fetal distress.
